Plan your coaching sessions with flexibility and assurance. You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Please email your booked athlete with your name and session details for cancellation or rescheduling. Note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or no-shows will forfeit the session. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a one-time waiver at our discretion.

We value your event experience. You have the option to cancel your clinic booking up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund. Please email us with your name and ticket details for cancellation. If an athlete reschedules the event and you choose not to attend the rescheduled session, the transaction fee remains non-refundable. In cases of rescheduling by the athlete, we will endeavor to provide an alternative session that suits your schedule.

If we need to cancel a session or event, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled session or a suitable alternative.
